A 50% deposit is required to begin work on any custom commission. This deposit is non-refundable once production starts. The remaining 50% is due before shipment of the completed piece.
Two revision rounds are included in the base commission price. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at $75 per hour. Written approval from the client is required before final production begins.
ThurmanatorX LLC retains full copyright and reproduction rights to all commissioned works. The client receives a personal, non-commercial display license. The digital fine art creator may photograph the completed work for use in portfolio materials and marketing.
Completed commissions are delivered framed, wired, and shipped with full insurance included in the commission price. Local pickup is available by appointment. Typical timeline from deposit to delivery is 2–4 weeks.
Commissions are final sale once production begins. If you need to cancel before production starts, contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate. The 50% deposit is non-refundable once production has commenced.
