Damaged or Defective Items

If your fine art print arrives damaged or defective, contact us at returns@aphrodisiart.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days. We will cover return shipping and send you the correct piece promptly.

Digital Downloads

Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered. If you experience a technical issue with a download, contact us and we will resolve it.

Custom Commissions

Custom commissions are final sale once production begins. The 50% deposit is non-refundable. Please review all details carefully before confirming your commission. See our Commission Agreement Terms for full details.

Shipping Damage

All pieces ship fully insured. If your order is damaged in transit, we file the insurance claim on your behalf and send a replacement at no charge.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns on undamaged physical items. All sales of undamaged goods are final.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
